Title in hand. 1995 Safari Trek 2430 454 Gas 113,000 Miles. It's 26 feet 6inch long. You're not going to find a SUV at this price, Lol. Up your camping game, lol. Old man that owned before me, bumped the front and back into something and has minor fiberglass damage, I left duct tape on as you see in pictures. I did not buy this for the outside, it's the inside that counts, lol. I bought for $5,000 almost completely stripped as you can see in the first photos. The bones are VERY solid and all around solid RV. I bought this in 2021 and put in a lot of 2022-23 items. I went thru this WHOLE RV inch by inch. Took 6 months to refurbish. I have put in close to $12,000. As it sits in my front yard now, I would turn the key and go cross country in a heartbeat.....I tried to keep everything original. I am selling because life went a different way for me. Sold as is. Prices do not include labor. Here are the pros and cons.......

Pros......

Every single light inside and out is replaced with either a LED assembly or LED bulbs. ($300).
Has the optional RVS Hydraulic leveling system (Works awesome)!!!
Aluminum Siding.
NO slide-outs.
Everything inside is made of Hardwood.
Engine battery is a year old, House batteries are Trojan 2= 6 volts that were bought a year ago. ($440)
Roof is about 2 1/2 years old. Has 2 layers of roof put on. ($2,000).
All 6 tires have about 800 miles on them. ($2,400).
Both front front upper and lower control arms, ball joints have been replaced. I took the air bags out and put SuperSteer springs in. I also replaced all hardware with Grade 8 bolts, nuts, washers. There has been about 600 miles put on them. Front brake pads have about 60% left on them. ($3,200).
Radio with built in screen and you can connect your phone and talk anywhere inside or outside. ($250).
New wireless backup infrared camera. ($120).
New Lifetime flooring which is fade proof, water proof and scratch proof. ($200).
New double cell insulated blackout blinds on side windows. ($600).
Sofa bed came out of a friends 2022 trailer. It's pretty dang comfortable, lol. ($800).
Live edge dinning table I made. ($400).
New kitchen back splash. ($80).
New 120v LED kitchen light
New tall 20" ceramic toilet (Never even used, just tested). ($220).
All new bathroom faucets and hardware. ($120).
New manual entrance stairs. ($130).
When I went over engine I gave it a oil change, back flushed and changed coolant, New fan belts, upgraded the fan clutch to Severe duty, I pulled out 2 random spark plugs and they looked pretty new same with the wires, I put on new cap and rotor. The thing is bullet proof. Has BANKS RAM air with headers.
When I was freshening this up. During the winter when it snowed, rained, hailed, or had heavy winds I was in this thing making it even more solid. You will not here any wind noise up to 73 mph gusts standing still, there are no water leaks anywhere.
40 Gallon Fresh water tank with 3 year old upgraded pump. 20 gallon grey, 20 gallon black. 40 gallon Gas. 35 gallon propane, 6 gallon water heater.
ALL pipes and water tank is inside, so no freezing in winter.
Bed comes out of the ceiling so it is always out of the way (Main reason I got it).
New NON-Smart RCA TV (I didn't want anyone tracking me, lol). ($300).
New 3D sound bar. ($120).
New Gas valve for water heater. (I back flushed the system). ($80).
House AC works, Propane stove works, even the 1995 Convection oven and microwave still works.
I have the bible for the RV. Everything done to RV since day one with either instruction manuals or invoices or documentation.
Very reliable and easy to maintain RV.
Turn key and just go anywhere.

Cons....

Refrigerator works on Propane but not electricity. (I was planning on installing a new 12v fridge).
Heater turns on and fan spins, then shuts off in 20 seconds. (I was told to pull the furnace out and clean the switch that is on the backside because it rusts and fails, just clean the rust. It's a common problem). I just don't need heat in AZ so never moved forward to fixing this.
On board factory generator doesn't work. It is Propane and can not find anyone in the area that knows how to work on one. It turns over fine, just don't run. But you will get a 3500 watt gas portable generator.
No bathroom closet door. I just use a thermal drape. But door between bathroom and kitchen is still there.
Check engine light on and always been on since I have owned this. Can not find anything wrong. I've put about 1,000 miles on this RV with zero problems.
Dash fans need wires repaired at fan. Just butt connectors. I just never use them.
Front and rear fiberglass caps have minor damage.

New this was $68,000. Your stealing it from me at $9,000. Marked down from $10,000 (If the cons were fixed, I would ask for a lot more). Come take a look. Ready now, I have the pink slip in hand, just turn key and go. Add your personal finishing touches. I could possibly bring it to your property after you bought it, if I can get a ride back. More photos if you need, just ask what you want pictures of or any question.
