Davis Cigar Factory is an abandoned factory in Tampa, Florida. It was built in 1911 and has been abandoned for over 30 years. It neared completion in 1910 but a fire broke out and burned everything down except the tower.

Founded in 1885 by Vicente Martinez Ybor, Tampa was once known as the Cigar Capital of the World due to its booming cigar industry. Immigrants from Cuba, Spain, Italy and Germany populated the historic district, breathing life into the neighborhood as it flourished as a culturally rich, self-contained community.

Seventh Avenue's origins date to 1885 and are linked to Ybor City's role as the cigar manufacturing capital of the world, which continued through the late 1950s. More than 230 factories were located here, and at the heart of the industry was 7th Avenue.

Ybor was attracted to Tampa by the ample land, temperate climate, and monetary bonuses offered by the Tampa Board of Trade. He began planning a company town with his business partner Eduardo Manrara and architect Gavino Gutierrez, whose namesake 7^th Avenue building is the current home of Nicahabana and Tabanero cigars.

According to Tampa Bay Times, Dr Kiran Patel's estate covers an enormous 17 acres in Hillsborough County, where it is the largest residential compound ever built. The UPS Air Cargo Expansion Warehouse project consists of the new construction of a 38,000 SF pre-engineered metal building at the Tampa International Airport. The space will consist of a 5,000 SF fit-out of office space and 33,000 SF of warehousing with conveyor systems.
